By applying for a grant through the Global Impact Initiative (GII), you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant Eligibility

GII grants are open to individuals, nonprofit organizations, and community groups working on impactful development or recovery projects globally. All information provided must be complete, accurate, and truthful.

2. Use of Funds

All funds awarded must be used strictly for the purpose stated in the application. Misuse or redirection of funds will result in disqualification and legal follow-up.

3. Application Review

Applications are reviewed based on merit, clarity, impact potential, and supporting documentation. Approval is not guaranteed.

4. Documentation Requirement

Applicants must submit identity verification and supporting documents (e.g., project proposal, budget, or relevant certifications) as requested.

5. Fees & Processing Charges

To facilitate the secure handling of documents and the legal delivery of approved funds:

• A mandatory administrative and processing fee will be required before the release of any grant.
  

• The amount of this fee is determined by the total funding approved and will be communicated clearly after grant approval.
  

• This fee helps cover legal paperwork, fund transfer compliance, and secure documentation handling.
  

• No grant will be delivered without completion of this fee.

  
  

6. Refund Policy

Processing fees are non-refundable once documentation and fund allocation begin. If an applicant chooses to withdraw before processing starts, cancellation may be possible upon review.

7. Transparency & Updates

All applicants will receive written communication regarding the status of their application, next steps, and any required actions.

8. Disqualification

Providing false documents, misleading information, or engaging in any form of fraud will result in permanent disqualification.
